"Creativity and Fullness of Life" Antonio Blay

Antonio Blay Fontcuberta is one of those authors that I love reading because you realize that everything he says comes from his own experience. What he is telling you is the product of years of serious research and testing in himself and others.
I like the way he writes, clear and straight to the point, and I have always found his teachings very helpful.
Antonio Blay Fontcuberta
"Creativity and Fullness of Life" ("Creatividad y Plenitud de Vida") is not a book to be read lightly, but is rather one of those books you should read again and again, finding new meanings each time. You can also use it as a reference book.
Blay is a precursor of positive thinking and its materialization in the physical world. As the author says: "we will try and study in special way a fundamental capacity of human being, that of producing changes in his existence". And he goes on to explain clear and concisely, both theoretically and in practice, steps that lead us to achieve  that fullness that we seek in our life.
To finish off I quote a paragraph from his book and invite you to think about it:
"Everything that exists, as it exists and functions, it is an expression of the mind. The mind is what gives shape to things. Even what we call ideas already exists as forms in the mind. These forms in the mind are the ones that will materialize as physical forms later. All physical forms have its corresponding matrix in the idea, in the mind".
