Vicky Méndez de Vigo has a degree in Psychology by the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and a master in Educational Leadership by W. Michigan University, Michigan, U.S.A. She started her proffessional career as a high school teacher in Ireland, U.K., U.S.A. and Spain. From 1988 she expanded the scope of training, teaching courses for adults within the FIP plan endorsed by FORCEM as well as in various companies of mainly within the framework of Human Resources, Management and Communication.
Since 1990 she combines teaching with the practice of psychology at both group therapy and individual therapy in private practice.
Her therapeutic approach mainly fits within the framework of Transpersonal Psychology. Currently she maintains a private practice in psychology and also teaches courses in applied psychology to personal growth, as well as training therapists, transmitting her knowledge in a practical way to people who are interested in their own growth and improvement.
