Although the therapeutic approach where I feel better in is that of Transpersonal Psychology, I apply any techniques that I deem necessary depending on the concrete situation, and regardless of the approach they belong to.
Among others, the techniques I use are: NLP, visualizations, Hellinger´s specific exercises, psychic returns, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, bio-energetics, Human Design, relaxation, Tibetan bowls, and so on. Anyway, those techniques are primarily supporting what I apply above all: common sense.
I firmly believe that it is you who has the solution, so I offer you my knowledge, experience and intuition, to work together as a team towards discovering the solution. We will investigate up to the degree of depth and at a pace that suits you better.
Actually, it is just a matter of putting in order what has been messed up due to conditioning and misunderstandings.
